Procedure
You can apply for a certificate of migratory movements at a migration office or online. You don't have to make an appointment first.
At a migration office you should ask for a certificado de movimientos migratorios. After showing your passport, you will receive a payment instruction. With this payment instruction, you go to a branch of Banco del Pacífico to deposit the fee. After showing the payment receipt to the migration official, you will receive your certificate of migratory movements.
If you go to a migration office, we recommend not arriving late in the afternoon because you first need to go to a bank to deposit the fee before receiving the certificate. You have to pay the fee on the same day on which you want to receive the certificate.
