Valid passport with a minimum validity period of six (6) months.
Color photograph in JPG format, maximum 1 MB, 5 x 5 cm (2 x 2 inches), recent, with a white background, neutral facial expression (preferable), or a natural smile, with both eyes open.
Certificate of no criminal record from the country of origin or where they have resided for the past five (5) years. The document must be apostilled if issued in a country that is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention; or legalized if issued in a country that is not a party to the convention. If the original document is issued in a language other than Spanish, it must be translated by an authorized professional.

Proof of lawful means of support for the authorized stay.
