Hospital Rodríguez Zambrano

Hospital Rodríguez Zambrana is Manta's public hospital. It was inaugurated in 1988. Since then, Manta has doubled in population, but this hospital has never expanded. After the 2016 earthquake, the number of rooms was reduced from 220 to 180 to prevent the building from collapsing. The building has been reinforced.
