You can chooses from three application procedures to apply for the pensioner visa.

  1. Applying at an office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ecuador.
  2. Applying at an Ecuadorian consulate outside of Ecuador.
  3. Applying online on the official website eVisas.

If you apply for your visa at an office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ecuador, you can be asked to pay the fees at a nearby branch of BanEcuador or Banco del Pacífico.
