Water
Potable water is available in most areas but this water is not drinkable. Aguapen is the local water utility company. You can pay the monthly bills for water at the Aguapen office in Salinas or at one of the venues that offer payment services. Many banks and credit unions also offer the option of automatic payments.
Electricity
Electricity in is provided by CNEL. Power outages do occur, but not as often as they used to.
Be aware that using air conditioning during the six hottest months can result in high energy bills (think about $300 per month).
